Meet The Team

Executive Pâtissier

Priscilla’s interest in pastries started during the early part of her career when she was traveling around the world as a cabin crew with SIA. At each stopover, she would try the local cuisine and was especially interested in the ingredients that gave the food the unique taste each country and culture has to offer. When not flying, she would try to replicate the dishes she had tasted and experiment with the ingredients to come out with her own recipe.  She was particularly interested in pastry and bakery and started whipping up samples for friends and families. It was so well received that orders kept pouring in. What started off as a hobby turned out to be a lucrative business.

The self-taught hobbyist has gone a long way since then. She has baked for established corporate brands such as Singapore Airlines, Chartered Bank and Nanyang Inc and have appeared in both local and oversea news articles such as the Straits Times, Newpaper, Lianhe Wanbao ,The Star, New Straits Time and Guangming Daily. Priscilla has worked in a 3-Star Michelin restaurant and has conducted trainings in bakery and pastry making both locally and overseas.
